I was still trying to shake off a cold that Laura had brought back with her from the UK., and kindly shared with me, so Andy and her went on a hike to one of the forts in Portobelo.

Now overgrown by the jungle, the former glory of the Spanish Main lies in ruins.

Andy has always had a fascination with Leaf cutting ants. He snapped these busily chomping away.
