We had a wonderful sail into Guanaja, doing well over 8 knots.
A view of "The Settlement" from a friend's house on the island. Most of the population lives in this carless cramped town, where every inch of land is used to the maximum, and many stilted buildings are added to the shorelines.
Boats instead of cars.
The main electrical cable arrives here from the island of Guanaja, relatively unpopulated by locals, but full of ex-patriates from all over the world.
Mending traps.

Liz taught some divers at the Dunbar Rock Resort. Here the staff pose with one of her students. (L-R Dennis, Melvyn, Carlos, Manrique, Botas, Front Blanca, Lucia, Tina and Nancy)
Nancy and Thomas OWD students from the USA.
Here is Nancy doing one of her open water skills. It involves removing and replacing the BCD/Bottle.
Carlos the dive guide, very much at home in the water.
